Refund & Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in its original, unopened packaging and in unused condition.
• You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email).
• We do not accept returns for opened or used trivia card sets due to the nature of the product.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with return shipping instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Note: Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

• Opened or used trivia card games
• Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
